 - Sheet of paper.

 - Lean slices of serrano ham from Teruel.

 - Pepper.

 - Olive oil from Lower Aragón.



Place the fine slices of lean ham from Teruel on a sheet of baking paper (oven resistant paper.) Once in place, drizzle them with olive oil from Lower Aragon and dust them with a little pepper.

Wrap up the paper so that you have something like a large envelope or parcel with the ham inside. Roast in the oven at a medium heat by placing them on the grill. You should give them a couple of turns to prevent burning.

Serve them on the same paper on a large plate or bowl.
