Sardines in a delicious sauce Sardinas de cubo en su salsa



 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - Sardines.

 - Garlic.

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón. 

 - Wine vinegar.



Fry plenty of garlic cloves in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón. Once the garlic cloves have browned slightly, add the sardines as they are to fry them for a few minutes.

Once the sardines are fried, add the wine vinegar along with a dash of water and leave them to cook for a few more minutes and serve.
