This guacamole sauce is a typical sauce from Equador and is ideal to dress fried fish or meat.
Peel and chop finely the onion. Finely chop the chilli. Peel the avocados and mash them with a fork, add the water and when you have a paste, add the onion, chilli and the olive oil. Lastly, season with salt and squeeze in a little bit of lemon juice.
