Garlic soup Sopas de ajo


 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 150 g. dry bread

 - 3 garlic cloves.

 - 4 spoonfuls of olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - 1 beaten egg.

 - Salt.



Cut the brad into thin slices and finely chop the garlic.  

SePlace the bread, the garlic and the olive oil from Lower Aragón in a saucepan, cover them with water and let it all cook on a low heat for an hour. 

After an hour, add the beaten egg and leave it to cook for 10 more minutes and serve.
