This is an easy sauce to make, ideal for accompanying all kinds of dishes from vegetables to salads.
Ingredients: (4 people)
Peel and chop finely the onion. Chop the hard boiled egg (the white and the yolk). Beat the extra virgin olive oil together with the vinegar, the salt and a pinch of pepper. Add the herbs, the onion and the hard boiled egg and mix well.
Vinegrette with virgin olive oil, ideal for dressing salads.
