Vinegrette Salsa vinagreta

VINEGRETTE SAUCE

This is an easy sauce to make, ideal for accompanying all kinds of dishes from vegetables to salads.

Ingredients: (4 people)

  • 6 soup spoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 soup spoons of vinegar

  • 1 hard boiled egg

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 soup spoon of finely chopped parsley

  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped tarragon

  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Peel and chop finely the onion. Chop the hard boiled egg (the white and the yolk). Beat the extra virgin olive oil together with the vinegar, the salt and a pinch of pepper. Add the herbs, the onion and the hard boiled egg and mix well.

Vinegrette with virgin olive oil, ideal for dressing salads.
