In a saucepan or a deep frying pan, fry the
fat from the serrano ham (cut into pieces) and the ham itself.
Once they're fried, add
the snails, the finely chopped onion, the pepper, the green beans, the
pumpkin flowers and the potatoes (diced). Stir-fry everything together.
When everything is fried, cover it with
water and bring it to the boil. Add the half a stock cube and a little
salt if needed.
Leave it to cook for 15 minutes. Then add the rice and allow it to cook
for another 15 minutes.
