Farinetas, traditional dish Farinetas

FARINETAS   

  

 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 1 Litre of water.

 - Salt. 

 - 100 gr. wheat flour 

 - 50 gr. cornflour.

 - 2 Slices of bread

 - 5 spoonfuls of olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 

Preparation:


Put the water and the salt in a clay bowl. While it is still cold, add the flour little by little whilst stirring constantly with a wooden spoon so that you don't get lumps. 

Leave to cook for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice the bread and fry it in a frying pan with olive oil from Lower Aragón to make croutons.

When the farinetas is off the heat, stir it and serve in a bowl with the croutons.
