bread with tomato, garlic and serrano
ham from TERUEL
Ingredients
for 4 people:
Slices of bread
A clove of garlic
A ripe tomato
Serrano ham in thin slices

Delicious toast with serrano ham
from Teruel
Preparation:
Cut the bread into slices. Rub the bread
with a garlic clove and then smother it in tomato. (You can grate the
tomato if you wish, but remember to peel it first. However, if the
tomato is ripe enough, you should just be able to cut it in half and rub
it over the bread.)
Then, on top, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil
and sprinkle a little salt.
And finally, on each slice of bread, place a slice of serrano ham from Teruel.
