Tartare sauce Salsa tartara

TARTARE SAUCE

This is a sauce with gherkin, egg and virgin olive oil as essential ingredients, ideal to accompany all types of dishes such as meat, fish, pasta or salad.

Ingredients: (4 people)

  • 1 egg yolk

  • ¼ litre of soft virgin olive oil

  • 100 g. of capers

  • 100 g. of gherkins in vinegar

  • Half a small onion

  • A little vinegar

 

Method:

Prepare the mayonnaise with the egg yolk and the virgin olive oil. Next, finely chop the capers, gherkins and the onion and mix everything together with an electric whisk, adding a little vinegar, and serve.
