Mushrooms stuffed with ham from Teruel
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 20 large mushrooms
Baked mushrooms with delicious ham from Teruel.
Preparation:Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut off the stalks. Sprinkle the mushroom heads with lemon juice and cook them in water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan with virgin olive oil, lightly fry the stalks (finely chopped) together with the ham from Teruel, the garlic and a pinch of ground black pepper.
After 10 minutes take the mushrooms off the heat and drain well. Then fill them with the with the stalks, ham, and garlic mix.
Place them in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle them with breadcrumbs, parsley and a few drops of olive oil fron Lower Aragón and then put it in a pre-heated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes to grill.
