This is an original
and simple recipe with a totally new taste.
In a bowl, put the finely chopped half onion , the tuna well drained,
the egg yolks and the tomato sauce.
Beat everything together with a fork
until you've got a paste and put it aside.

Stuffed Calanda peaches.
Next, dry the peaches with kitchen towel so that they dont drip
everywhere and fill them with the paste that you prepared before, then
put them all together on a plate.
Lastly, cover them with mayonnaise and decorate with finely
chopped parsley, refridgerate for an hour and serve.
