Spinach soup with olive oil Sopa de espinacas con aceite de oliva 

SPINACH SOUP WITH OLIVE OIL

 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 250 g. spinach.

 - 200 g. bread

 - 3 garlic cloves.

 - Salt.

 - Olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 

Preparation:


Put the garlic and the bread (cut finely) to fry in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Fry the spinach in the same oil. 

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cover them with water and let them cook for 30 minutes.
