shepherds crumble
Ingredients
for 4 people:

1 loaf of bread (from the day before).
- 200 gr. of bacon.
- 1 chorizo.
- 2 heads of garlic.
- Salt.
- Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

Delicious Shepherds crumble.
Preparation:
Crumble the bread from the
day before. Soak the crumbs with water mixed with crushed garlic, making
sure that they stay loose, and allow them to rest covered with a cloth
for a few hours.
Fry, in extra virgin olive oil, the bacon, chorizo sausage and plenty of
chopped garlic.
When everything is fried
take it out and fry a bit of paprika in the same oil, being careful not
to burn it.
Now we
throw in the crumbs and stir over low heat without stopping.
When they're half done add
the bacon, chorizo sausage and the fried garlic from before, and
continue stirring until cooked.
