Lamb shank Brazuelos de cordero al vino blanco

LAMB SHANK WITH WHITE WINE SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 8 lamb shanks (without knucklebone).

 - 1 head of garlic.

 - 3/4 litre of white wine from Lower Aragón.  

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón

 - 2 bay leaves.

 - Salt.

Delicious lamb shank

Lamb shanks sprinkled with white wine from Lower Aragón.

 

Preparation:

Firstly fry the lamb shanks with the olive oil, when they begin to golden add the cut garlic.

When everything is golden cover the shanks with the white wine, add the bay leaves and leave everything together on a low heat for 20 minutes to cook slowly.
