Rolls of serrano ham with cheese Rollitos de jamón serrano de Teruel




6 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

1 tin of white tuna in olive oil

250 gr ground beef

8 slices of serrano ham from Teruel

1 boiled egg yolk




Put the olive oil in a frying pan, heat it up and cook the ground beef.

Once off the heat, add the white tuna.

Make cones with the serrano ham from Teruel and then fill them with the beef and the tuna.

Serve them straight away, and to decorate, pass the egg yolk through a chinese strainer and sprinkle on top.
