Gammon Carne jamonada

MEAT LOAF

  

 Ingredients for 10 people: 

330 g. ground beef 

330 g. ground pork 

330 g. serrano ham from Teruel, finely chopped

165 g. bacon

6 eggs 

2 onion, finely chopped 

4 garlic cloves, crushed 

2 red peppers, finely chopped 

1 soup spoon of steak sauce

1 cup of bread crumbs 

Parsley, finely chopped 

Salt to taste 


 

Preparation:


Mix all of the meat together and add the onion, peppers, garlic, sauce and salt. 

Then add the eggs one by one, mix thoroughly and add the breadcrumbs and the parsley. Once everything is mixed together, grease a cake tin with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour in the mixture. Cook in the oven at 350ºC for an hour.

Once it is cooked, cut it into slices.
