Put the brussel
sprouts in a saucepan with water and salt and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
(according to their size).
Meanwhile, in a frying pan with 4
spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil, fry the onion until golden.
Brussel sprouts with serrano ham from Teruel
Then, add the chopped ham from Teruel,
the grated bread and white wine.
When the alcohol from the wine has
evaporated, add a little of the water used to boil the brussel sprouts
and the brussel sprouts themselves.
Let everything cook together for
another 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
