SAUSAGES WITH ONIONS IN A WHITE WINE SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 people:
- White wine from Maestrazgo.
- Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Delicious sausages for making this recipe.
Grab the onions and cut them in half, lengthways. Take out the core layers, (so that you have a gap in the middle) and place them in an oven dish, already lined with extra virgin olive oil, so that they don't stick.
Next, put the oven dish in the oven so that the onions cook. When they are almost ready, place a sausage on each onion half, season them and add a little wine from Maestrazgo for them to cook in. Leave them in the oven until the sausages are cooked and serve.
