Rice salad Ensalada de arroz con aceite de oliva

RICE SALAD WITH OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients: 


½ kg (2 cups) of boiled white rice.

3 spring onion heads, finely chopped.

150 g of unsalted cheese.

1 lemon. 

2 soup spoons of olive oil.

2 chopped walnuts



 

Preparation:

 

Place the cold boiled rice the onion and the cheese cut into small cubes in a bowl.

Rice salad with olive oil.

Add the juice of 1 lemon and 2 soup spoons of olive oil.

Let it stand for approximately 3 hours in the fridge. On serving, sprinkle on top the finely chopped walnuts.
