RABBIT
AND WHITE WINE STEW WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients
for 4
people:
-1 rabbit cut into
pieces.
- 3 spoonfuls of tomato sauce.
- 10 white pepper balls.
- 1 glass of white wine from
Maestrazgo.
- Paprika.
- Black pepper.
- Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
- Salt.

Exquisite
rabbit stew with white wine.
Preparation:
Season the pieces of rabbit with salt and
fry them in a large casserole pan with extra virgin olive oil from Lower
Aragón. Once golden, add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover the pan and leave it to simmer on a
low heat for approximately 40 minutes. Stir every now and then so that
it doesn't catch or stick. Serve the rabbit in a bowl with some of the
sauce that it was cooked in.
