quails stuffed with Teruel
ham
Ingredients
for 4 people:
- 4 Quails.
- 2 onions.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 100 gr. of Teruel ham.
- Extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón.
- Salt.
- Chicken stock.

Delicious quail stuffed with
ham from Teruel
Preparation:
Chop
the Teruel ham to stuff the quail, when the quails are stuffed fry them
a little in a frying pan with extra virigin olive oil.
Afterwards, place them in a casserole pot, add a
mug of chicken stock, the onnion and the garlic clove (chopped).
Put the casserole pot on a
slow heat for half an hour, until the onion is a golden colour. And
serve.
