Cook the potatoes and the carrots in
Once they're soft, mash them well or
blend them until you have a purée.
Cut the Teruel ham into strips.
Mix the purée with a little butter or,
if you want, a little mayonnaise too or instead.
Place in a oven dish all of the ingredients
together the purée, ham and peas.
Sprinkle white cheese
from Lower Aragón on top of everything and put in the oven at a medium
heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
