Pudding with olive oil Budin tricolor con aceite de oliva

LAYERED VEGETABLE CAKE

  

 Ingredients: 

20 g. cornstarch

2 eggs

350 g. of swiss chard

200 g. of carrots

250 g. of pumpkin

20 cm³ of milk 

2 dessert spoons of olive oil from Aragón.


 

Preparation:

 

1- Boil each of the vegetables separately.

2- Blend all 3 of them separately.

Three-layer vegetable cake.


3- Mix the separate preparations with milk and egg.

4- Grease the mold and then sprinkle it with flour.

5- Place the different pureed vegetables in layers in the mold.

6- Put in the oven at medium temperature to cook.
