Potatoes with rosemary Patatas con romero

POTATOES WITH ROSEMARY

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 

 - 500 g of new potatoes.

 - 5 spoons of extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - Ground black pepper.

 - 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped rosemary.

 

Preparation:

 

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes of about 1 cm.

Place the diced potatoes into non-stick oven dish, drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle them with freshly ground pepper and chopped rosemary. 

Cook for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 220ºC, turning them frequently so that they are golden and crispy all over.
