potatoes with garlic
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 6 medium potatoes.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- A little water.
Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Juicy potatoes with garlic and olive oil.
Preparation:Cut the potatoes into really fine slices. Fry them in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón and mash them with a fork while they fry.
Meanwhile, put the garlic cloves in a mortar and crush them, add a dash of water.
Add the crushed garlic paste to the potatoes, mix thoroughly and serve.
