Mix the bread crumbs with the beaten eggs
and the sliced garlic. Once mixed, knead the mixture until you have an

Fry the pototoes in thick slices in a
frying pan with extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Mix the potatoes, the meat and the
breadcrumb balls in a large saucepan, cover everything with water and
season if necessary. You can also add some fried onion, tomato and
garlic if you wish. This is optional.
Allow it to cook on a low heat for
approximately 30 minutes, or until the potatoes and meat are cooked.
