Pork with garlic and olive oil Sartenada de cerdo

PORK, LIVER AND BACON STIR-FRY

  

 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - Lean pork.

 - Bacon.

 - Liver.

 - Salt.

 - Garlic.

 - Virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - Wine vinegar.


 

Preparation:


Chop the lean pork, the bacon and the liver. Fry them together in a frying pan with olive oil from Lower Aragón.

Meanwhile, in a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add the wine vinegar.

Add the mixture from the mortar to the frying pan and leave the meat to cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot.
