CUTLETS WITH BACON AND CHEESE
Ingredients
for 4 people:
- 4 pork cutlets.
- 4 marinated slices of
bacon. - 200 g.
of cheese from Lower Aragón.
- 1 chicory/curly
endive. - 2 tomatoes.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- Extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Parsley.

Delicious
roast pork cutlets with bacon.
Preparation:
Peel
and slice the tomatoes.
Sprinkle a baking tray with extra
virgin olive oil and place the slices of tomato on the tray and season
them.
Next, put the tray of tomatoes in
the oven at a temperature of 220ºC for 8 minutes.
While they cook in the
oven, season the pork cutlets and fry them in a frying pan with a little
olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Peel and crush the garlic
cloves and put them into the frying pan too.
Place the pork cutlets
next to the slices of tomato on the baking tray.
Next cut the slices of
bacon in half and golden them in the frying pan you cooked the cutlets
in.
Once the bacon is cooked place a
couple of slices on top of each cutlet.
And on top of the bacon place the
cheese from Lower Aragón, cut into strips.
But the baking tray back
into the oven at 220ºC for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
Finish preparaing the
slices of tomato by sprinkling them with finely chopped parsley and
drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
To decorate the serving
plate, use the chicory/endive. Season and drizzle some extra virgin
olive oil on top.
