Pickled sardines Sardineta escabechada



 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 1 Kg. of sprat.

 - Flour.

 - 3 cloves of garlic. 

 - Salt.

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - Wine vinager.



Prepare the sprat by covering it with flour and fry it in a frying pan alongside the garlic cloves with olive oil from Lower Aragón.

Separately, prepare a pickle with a small cup of wine vinager and a little water.

Put the sprat in to a saucepan and pour the pickle on top.

Once everything is in the saucepan, let it cook for 5 minutes.
