Cooked pears with grape juice Peras cocidas con jugo de uvas negras

COOKED PEARS WITH BLACK GRAPE JUICE

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 4 pears.

 - 3/4 of a bunch of black grapes.

 

Preparation:

 

Peel the pears. Put them in a saucepan and cover them with water to cook. Stick a fork in them to check that they are done and once they are cooked, drain them of the water.

Press or crush the grapes and put the juice in the saucepan along with the cooked pears and leave them for 10 minutes to cook in the grape juice on a low heat. 

Once off the heat, add half a stick of cinnamon.
