Peach flan Aflanado de melocotón


Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 3 eggs. 

 - ½ kilo of peaches from Calanda. 

 - 120 g. of sugar. 

 - 60 g. of flour. 

 - 1 soup spoon of grated almonds. 

 - 1 spoonful of peach brandy. 

 - 1 y ½ litre of milk. 

 - Butter.

Firstly put the oven to preheat at 220ºC. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and add the flour, the sugar, the brandy and the milk. When we have all the ingredients well mixed, grease the cake tin with butter.

Then, place the washed, pitted and halved peaches at the bottom of the cake tin, with the side where the pit was facing down.  Then, cover the peaches with the mixture in the step above. When we have spread the mixture evenly, put the tin in the oven until the flan sets and develops colour.

Serve it warm or cold, sprinkling grated almond on top.
