Noodles with cream of mushroom sauce Tallarines con crema de setas

NOODLES WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE AND OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 250 g. of noodles.

 - 100 g. of mushrooms.

 - 1 carrots.

 - 1 stick of celery.

 - 400 g peeled tomatoes.

 - A handful of basil leaves.

 - 4 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil.

 

Preparation:

 

Put the olive oil, mushrooms, the celery, the carrot, washed and diced, into a saucepan and fry lightly for a couple of minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, cover everything with water and leave it to cook for half an hour.

Afterwards, blend everything and add the chopped basil. 

Cook the noodles separately in a lot of water, drain them and serve them accompanied by the sauce.
