Mustard Salsa de mostaza

MUSTARD SAUCE

Sauce based on mustard, known world-wide as a condiment for multiple dishes, especially fish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 spoonfuls of strong mustard

  • 1 spponful of vinegar

  • 1 spoonful of sugar

  • ½ teaspoon of ground pepper

  • Small cup of virgin olive oil

  • 2 soup spoons of chopped dill

Method:

Mix all ingredientss together in a food mixer and add the olive oil little by little, while the food mixer is going, until you achieve a sauce the same consistency as mayonnaise. Finally, add the dill.

Mustard, made with olive oil, well known world-wide.
