Melon purée with ham Sopa de melón con jamón de Teruel



 Ingredients for 4 people: 

 - 2 melons.

 - 70 g of serrano ham.

 - Salt.

 - Black pepper.

 - Bread.





Cut the melon in half, take out and throw away the seeds, remove the pulp with a spoon.

Blend the pulp of the melon. Season it and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Cut strips of serrano ham to place on top of the melon purée after serving.

Serve well chilled, accompanied with small slices of toasted bread and serrano ham.
