meatballs in tomato sauce
Ingredients for 4 people:
330 gr. carne de cordero
Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón
Delicious meatballs in a tomato sauce.
Mix all of the meat together and season
them with the paprika, the garlic, salt and pepper.
Make meatballs out of the meat mixture, coat them in flour. Put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and once it's hot, fry the meatballs and finally, add the tomato sauce.
