Meatballs Albóndigas de carne

meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:

330 gr. carne de cordero picada 

330 g. pork mince meat

330 g. finely chopped serrano ham from Teruel

165 g. panceta

Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón

4  eggs 

4 crushed garlic cloves

2 teaspoons of paprika 

5 soup spoons of bread crumbs 

Finely chopped parsley 

Tomato sauce

Salt

Meatballs in a tomato sauce

 

Delicious meatballs in a tomato sauce.

 

Preparation:

Mix all of the meat together and season them with the paprika, the garlic, salt and pepper.

Then add the eggs one by one and mix. Next add the bread crumbs and the parsley. When everything is mixed well leave the mixture to rest for a few hours.

Make meatballs out of the meat mixture, coat them in flour. Put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and once it's hot, fry the meatballs and finally, add the tomato sauce.
