Maccaroni with basil Macarrones a la albahaca

MACARONI WITH BASIL AND OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 150 g. of cooked macaroni.

 - 10 g. extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - 1 garlic clove, chopped.

 - 10 g. of parsley, chopped.

 - 30 g. of fresh basil.

 - 50 g. of onion.

 - Laurel to taste.

 

 

Preparation:

 

Boil the macaroni together with the onion and the laurel.

Simultaneously, heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Add the following ingredients in this order, and fry them lightly so they are golden but retain their colour: First the chopped garlic, then the chopped parsley and lastly the basil. 

Mix this preparation with the drained, al dente macaroni.
