Liver skewers Brocheta de hígado

LIVER SKEWERS WITH OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 

 - 120 g. of liver.

 - 100 g. of onion.

 - 100 g. of peppers.

 - 5 g. of extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - Lemon to taste.

 

Preparation:

 

Cut the liver into large cubes.

Prepare and cut the onion and peppers into pieces around the same size as the cubes of liver.

Place the pieces of liver, onion and pepper alternately on the skewer.

Cook the skewers on a barbecue or under the grill.

Condiment with the olive oil from Lower Aragón and the lemon.
