Ingredients
for 4 people:
- 1 Kg. of lamb.
- 1 Onion.
- 1 Lemon.
- 2 Garlic cloves.
- 6 Spoonfuls of extra
virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
- Paprika.
- Stock.

Equisite
lamb stew made with extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation:
Season the lamb and fry it in a large
saucepan with extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Once fried, add the onion cut into strips,
the garlic in fine slices and a mug of stock.
Leave it to cook for 35-40 minutes.
Half way through this time, add the juice
of half a lemon.
