LAMB
WITH PEPPERS IN A WHITE WINE SAUCE
Ingredients
for 4 people:
- 1 Kg. lamb meat,
without bone.
- 2 red peppers.
- 2 green peppers.
- 5 medium tomatoes.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- 1 glass of white wine from Maestrazgo.
- Flour.
- Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
- Salt.
- Pepper.

Exquisite lamb
from Aragón with peppers and white wine.
Preparation:
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut
them into decent sized strips.
Next, peel and cut the tomatoes into
pieces.
Wash the garlic cloves. Cut the meat into
large pieces and coat them lightly in flour.
In a large pot, with extra virgin olive
oil, fry the garlic cloves until golden and remove them.
In the same pot, fry the meat until it is
golden and then add the strips of pepper, cook together.
Then add the wine and the tomatoes that we
have peeled and cut.
Cover the pot and leave it to cook on a
low heat for an hour and a half. Stir every now and then so that it
doesn't stick.
