toast with serrano ham from teruel
and port paté
Ingredients
for 4 people:

8 slices of Serrano ham from Teruel.
- 8 slices of semi-cured cheese from Aragón.
- 125 gr. port paté
- 2 soup spoons of brandy.
- 50 gr. butter
- 50 gr. toasted and chopped almonds
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Toasted bread.

Exquisite toast with Teruel
ham and port pate.
Preparation:
First we make a cream paste with the paté,
brandy, melted butter, almonds and sugar. When the sauce is done, spread
the it on top of the Serrano ham slices and put the cheese on top.
Then roll up each slice of ham and wrap in
aluminum foil. Once you've finished wrapping, let them rest in the
refrigerator for two to three hours. Once left to stand, uncoil them and
cut them into small pieces. Once this is done put them on slices of
toast.
