Fry one by one the slices of serrano ham
from Teruel in butter and on a low heat, until they golden on both
Blend the syrup and two slices of
pineapple to the point of purée and place in a saucepan with the golden
slices of ham and 2 more spoonfuls of margarine. Cover and leave to
simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with black pepper.
Accompany with a natural fruit juice or
a chilled soft drink.
