GAZPACHO
with serrano ham from teruel
Ingredients
for 4 people:
-
1/2 small melon.
- 1 cucumber.
- 2 spoonfuls of ground almonds.
- 3 spoonfuls of wine vinager.
- 6 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil.
- 3 slices of Serrano ham from Teruel.
- Salt

Delicious melon
gazpacho decorated with shavings of Teruel ham.
Preparation:
First peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and chop, then
do the same with the melon.
Next, put the
cucumber and melon in a blender bowl with the salt, wine vinegar,
almonds, a cup of water and blend. Then add the extra virgin olive oil
and beat everything until it is well blended.
If mixture is too
thick lighten it with water, and blend again. Subsequently divide it
into the shot glasses and put in the fridge to chill.
When serving, cut the Teruel ham into strips, and place
it on the gazpacho to decorate.
