Baked hake Merluza al horno

 OVEN BAKED HAKE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 4 slices of hake.

 - 2 large potatoes.

 - 1 lemon.

 - 1 medium onion.

 - Parsley.

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 

Preparation:

 

Cover the bottom of a baking tray with the potatoes and the onion cut into thin slices.

Place the hake on top and sprinkle everything with a glass of water, lemon juice, a decent splash of olive oil and the chopped parsley. 

The cooking time needed will depend on the size of the slices of hake. Cook in the oven at medium heat.
