Grilled artichokes Alcachofas a la parrilla

GRILLED ARTICHOKES WITH OLIVE OIL FROM LOWER ARAGÓN

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 - 8 large fresh artichokes.

 - Wine vinager.

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - BLack pepper.

 

Preparation:

 

Remove the hard leaves from the artichokes, and open out slightly the rest of the leaves and cut the stalk off.

CPlace them face down on the grill.

After a little while, turn them over and sprinkle them with wine vinager, olive oil from Lower Aragón and pepper.

Let them toast and serve them hot.
