Gazpacho Gazpacho con aceite oliva de Bajo Aragón

GAZPACHO

  

 Ingredients: 

1 clove of garlic (crushed) 

1 spoonful of olive oil 

1 large onion (finely chopped) 

5 medium tomatoes (peeled and diced)

1 cucumber peeled and chopped (without seeds)

1-2 red and green peppers

1 cup of chicken stock

2 spoonfuls of red wine vinager  

1 teaspoon of hot sauce

1/4 teaspoon of paprika 

Chives (finely chopped)

 

Preparation:

 
Combine the garlic, the onion, the oil and the tomatoes in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth liquid.
 
Add the stock, the vinager, the hot sauce and the paprika.

Blend the mixture again.

Transfer the liquid into a large bowl or tureen (serving dish).

Add the peppers, the cucumber and chives.  

Leave in the fridge overnight and serve it well chilled the next day.
