snail and vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4
medium potatoes.
- 1 medium onion. - 2
courgettes.
- Snails (according to
taste)
- Salt.
- Extra virgin olive
oil from Lower Aragón.
Vegetables
to make the fried dish.
Preparation:
Put the olive oil in a large
frying pan to heat.
Chop the onion very
finely. With the potatoes and the courgettes, slice them into paper thin
slices.
Put them into the frying
pan to fry, season them and when they start to golden add the snails
(thoroughly washed) until everything is well cooked and golden.
