Fish meatballs Albóndigas de pescado

FISH MEATBALLS WITH OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients: 

½ kg ground fish meat, processed.

1 grated onion.

Unsalted bread crumbs or 1 ½ spoonful of thick oats. 

2 egg whites.

1 spoonful of olive oil

Condiments to taste (garlic, parsley, pepper) 


 

Preparation:

 
Put the processed fish, the onion, the bread crumbs and the condiments to taste into a mixing bowl.

Add the egg whites and the eggs and make sure that all of the ingredients are blended evenly.

Take handfuls of the mixture and make meatballs

Cook them on an electric grill.

The bread crumbs can be substituted for 1 ½ spoons of oats.
