Steak stuffed with ham and cheese Filete de ternera relleno

VEAL FILLETS STUFFED WITH TERUEL HAM AND CHEESE 

  

 Ingredients for 6 people: 

6 thin fillets of veal

6 slices of Teruel ham

6 slices of cheese

6 thin strips of bacon 

Salt y pepper



 

Preparation:


 Cut the fillets, flatten them and place first of all a slice of Teruel ham on top. Then place a slice of cheese on top of the ham, season with salt and pepper and then roll the fillet up like a swiss roll.

Veal fillets filled with Terual ham and cheese.


Once we have the fillet rolled up, wrap it in a strip of bacon and cook it in the oven for 45 minutes. Once they are cooked, cut the fillets into slices.

Prepare a sauce with the juice that you're left with after cooking the meat by adding a little bit of corn flour.
