Figs with ham Higos tibios con aceite de oliva 

WARM FIGS WITH SERRANO HAM AND OLIVE OIL

  

 Ingredients for 4 people:

 

 - 4 fresh figs per person.

 - 16 slices of serrano ham from Teruel.

 - Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.

 - Lime juice.

 - Toasted pine nuts.

 

Preparation:

 

Cut the figs in half and wrap them in the serrano ham.

Cook very briefly on the grill without actually cooking the ham.  

Put them on a plate and drizzle on top the olive oil, the lime juice and some pine nuts.
