Ingredients for 4
4 fresh figs per person.
16 slices of serrano ham from Teruel.
Extra virgin olive oil from Lower Aragón.
Toasted pine nuts.
the figs in half and wrap them in the serrano ham.
briefly on the grill without actually cooking the ham.
Put them on a plate and drizzle on top the olive oil, the lime juice and
some pine nuts.
