HOMEMADE CUPCAKES

 

INGREDIENTS (4 people):

  • 12 eggs
  • 540 grams of sugar
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 270 grams of virgin olive oil
  • The zest of 1 medium lemon
  • Powdered sugar

Recipe for homemade cupcakes

Homemade cupcakes made with egg, flour, sugar and virgin olive oil.

METHOD:

Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar little by little. Then add the egg yolks and the lemon zest. Add the flour,  mix well and add the virgin olive oil, stirring the mixture until it has been absorbed completely. Pour the mixture into paper cupcake cases and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Put them into the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
